Are members charged automatically each month?

No. Recurring card charging is not available today. The system tracks the payment, the remaining credit and the renewal date, lists memberships that are close to expiring, and lets you send a WhatsApp reminder. You collect the money and record it in the system.

In how many different ways can a trainer commission rule be defined?

Fixed per class, per class + member-count multiplier, package-based percentage, hybrid rules unlimited. Define them per instructor; at month-end an automatic payslip and bank-transfer file are generated.

Are members assigned automatically from the waiting list?

The choice is yours per studio policy: either automatic (assigned in order + WhatsApp notification) or offer-based ("do you accept?" message to the next member; if no reply within 5 min, it passes to the next).
